Pre-training needs assessment
Every cohort completes a pre-training questionnaire that captures individual needs and expectations, which we use to adjust the final programme before day one.

Presentations, guided practical exercises, web-based tutorials, group work, case studies, brainstorming and audio-visual sessions — facilitated in English, with an end-of-course evaluation to test what actually landed.
Post-training evaluation
We follow up on the action plans agreed during the workshop, and evaluate how the knowledge gained is being applied back at the workplace.
